We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Professionals to join our growing business development team. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and bring in new projects.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Present and explain B A C Web Development’s services effectively.
Generate leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate and close sales independently.
Previous experience in IT/Web sales is a plus.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
Own laptop/PC and smartphone with internet connection.

Compensation

25% commission on every package purchased by the client you bring in.

Payment Schedule

Commission is released after client payment confirmation.

Work Assets
